I prefer the "Jeep Travel System Weather Shield" which fully covers the travel system and can be used with any stroller. I am using it with my Safety 1st travel system.

It is cheaper than other ones, but it is shorter in length so when it rains, you cannot put anything in the basket without having the items wet!
